I’m always open and honored to work & educate on all hair types. We also own En Las Nubes, located right next door, where our services dive deeper into self-care. We offer skincare, body waxing, massage therapy, cupping, Thai yoga, energy work, and other incredible healing modalities. Cancellation Policy
If you are feeling the slightest bit ill or were around someone who was ill within the last 48 hours, or unsure, please contact me ASAP so we can reschedule your appt for a later date.
Because time is our livelihood in this industry and I’m very easy to contact via phone, text email and social media, it’s necessary to charge for missed appts (15 min grace period) & short-notice cancellations that take place within 48 hours of your appt.
I understand unforeseen circumstances may arise and I try to be understanding, however failure to give AT LEAST 48 hours notice cancellation of ANY appointment will result in keeping the non-refundable deposit. Deposits are 75% charge of the service. These are simply boundaries I’ve had to set as a matter of protecting my business and the integrity of our space, as our time is limited and last minute cancellations don’t provide me enough opportunity to rebook the slot and other potential clients enough time or opportunity to take that spot.
Refund Policy: I do not offer refunds for services rendered, as I’m incredibly intentional when going over hair/ skin consultations. I will make every effort to answer whatever questions you have from the service/ (haircut) itself, to proper maintenance and styling tips. I’m big on emphasizing clear and transparent dialogue, and always encourage questions. If you’re unhappy with your service, I am happy to do what I can to correct it free of cost (hair.) However due to the amount of time, care, intention, craft and product put into your service, refunds are a non-negotiable.
